you will recieve directions, by email, to Kino Bay Vacations

we will escort you to your beach house, go over house particulars and Kino information

early check-in may be available upon request

late check in is after 7 PM

you will recieve directions to your beach house along with a lock box code by email

the keys will be placed in a lock box, you may need a flashlight to see the lock box
interior and exterior lights will be left on for your arrival

if you fail to make arrangements at least 24 hours in advance for a late check-in, a late check-in fee of $50 will be charged  

in other words, if you call the day of your arrival to inform us that you will be arriving after 7  PM you will be charged a late check in fee
